Bard College-Black Arts Center - Annandale-on-the-Hudson, NY

Description: Owner's Representative for the construction of a 36,000 square foot Art Gallery. The project included a state-of-the-art HVAC and lighting system designed to maintain the required museum quality internal atmosphere. A highly specialized museum security system was designed and installed to safeguard the museum's valuable art collection. The project also included the construction of an intricate stainless steel barrel roof over the entire gallery.

Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins - Hyde Park, NY

Description: New construction of 2,700 square foot Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins built to franchise specifications with stringent municipal requirements. Work included re-design of original plans to meet challenging site/building conditions on 1/3 acre parcel. Included all Site Work for Phase I and complete franchised spec Interior Fit Up for Phase II.

Putnam County Savings Bank - Kent Lakes, NY

Description: New construction of a 6,000 square foot two story colonial bank with drive-up canopy with ATM Kiosk machine. Work included the installation of interior millwork, bank equipment and extensive winter protection employing plastic wrapping of the entire structure. Installation of a Walk-up ATM with code complying lighting. All work performed during nonworking hours.

First National Bank of the Hudson Valley - Kingston, NY

Description: New construction of a 3,200 square foot freestanding Dutch Colonial design bank branch with a drive-up window. Project included detailed millwork, installation of an ATM Kiosk machine and all site work.

Design-Build

Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union Headquarters - Poughkeepsie, NY

Description: Complete interior demolition and renovation of three level, 52,000 square foot freestanding building. The building includes a full service Main Retail Branch and Operations Center, Administrative/Back Offices and Employee Facilities. The project includes the modernization of the entire communication and data network systems together with complete interior design work, furniture selection, layout and decoration. A temporary off-site facility for the Operations Center was constructed. The objective of the project was to bring the bank's Headquarters and all its Operations into the next millennium. The project was Phased in order to accommodate the continuing and uninterrupted operation of customer services.

Teixeira's Polaris - Hyde Park, NY

Description: New construction of a 6,500 square foot Polaris Showroom and mechanics shop for the largest dealer in North East. Site work included demolition of original structure, restoration of parking areas and creation of demo track.

Description: Land clearing, Site Work and Paving for a 13-lot subdivision. Work included water main and sewer main installation (22 feet deep), rock blasting, underground electric, gas and telephone/CATV cables.

Lakeside Farms - Staatsburg, NY

Description: Extensive Site Work for construction of 12,000 square foot New Residence on 367 acres with 50-acre lake. Improvements include development of farmlands, removal of "silty muck" from lake bottom, installation of appropriate barriers. Creation of berms, development of roadways, excavation, blasting, backfilling and rough grading. Installation of foundation drains, septic system, wells, three driveways, and trenching of underground utilities. Consulting services provided as necessary to ensure integrity of environment and successful completion of project.

Dutchess Community College - Poughkeepsie, NY

Description: Site Work and Concrete Foundation Work for New Academic Building, Lot C and three access roads as follows: Layout of site; temporary fencing, barricades, soil stability and erosion control; demolition, removal and infill of existing single house, excavation and backfilling for construction of the North Academic Building and Lot C, Access Roads and temporary protection; install, maintain, remove all sheet piling; distribution, stockpiling of excavation materials; controlled backfilling of foundations to rough grade and bracing of the foundation walls during backfilling operations; layout, excavation, pipe supply and installation and backfill of footing drains. Complete cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation consisting of 1,400 cubic yards design mix reinforced with 120 tons of steel. Foundation work included 30' high retaining walls. Standard walls on footings and grade beams and 25' column piers complete with proper anchor bolt placement.

Millbrook Hollow Condominiums - Millbrook, NY

Description: All site work for a new construction of an elegant country development consisting of 18 unit high-end condominiums on a turn-of-the century estate. Scope of work included development of roadways and all underground utilities, land clearing, restoration of historic stonewalls, foot bridge and the creation of two ponds with water planting. New York Times Postings recognized project.

Fox Street I - Poughkeepsie, NY

Description: Complete interior demolition and renovation of a two-level 42,000 square foot free-standing masonry building known as 21 Fox Street to create state-of-the-art "Class A" office space. Project located within the Empire Zone, mandating strict compliance with aggressive NYS energy standards. A dramatic two-story steel free-standing staircase with celestial ceiling anchors the common area lobbies. Entrances are defines by architecturally outstanding steel canopies that were custom built on site. Phase II of interior delivered "turnkey", including interior design work, furniture selection, layout and finishes.
