Fredric A. Volino
President /Director of Marketing & Development
Fredric A. Volino has been an Executive Vice President and Director of Marketing & Development of Village Construction Company Inc. since 1980. He was appointed President in 2002 when his father formally retired from the family-held business.
Fred holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University and brings to VCCI extensive knowledge of field operations from his hands on experience as both an apprentice carpenter and apprentice laborer prior to his attaining his university degree. Fred also spent many years working in the commercial and residential sales division of Volino Real Estate, is a sought-after consultant in this field and and has appeared as an expert witness in construction litigation cases.
Fred works in the capacity of Project Executive and oversees each project regardless of its size to assure all work is brought in on schedule and within budget.
Michael A. Volino
Executive Vice President/Director of Site Work Division
Michael A. Volino has been an Executive Vice President of Village Construction Company, Inc. since 1980. He became the Director of our Site Work Division in 1987.
Mike began his professional career in 1977. Currently he is the Director of the Site Work Division with 21 years of field experience behind him. Mike has extensive experience in the coordination and supervision of all trades directly related to the completion of all Site Work Packages. His expertise includes the following: layout and design of all underground utility work including the submission of all necessary paperwork for all proper permits; trench and mass blasting to facilitate utility work; design built storm drainage systems as dictated by field conditions. Mike is in charge of the development and execution of all Site Safety Planning to include all necessary barricades, temporary fencing, flagmen coordination etc. Under Mike’s direction, Village Construction Company, Inc. consistently meets or exceeds all OSHA requirements.
